About Black’s Water Supply Inc.

Black's Water Supply Inc. has been proudly serving Bowmanville, Durham Region, Kawartha Lakes, and surrounding communities for over 75 years. Our roots date back to 1949, when the company was founded by Cliff Pethick of Bowmanville. In 1986, ownership was transferred to Neil McLaughlin of Blackstock, who successfully operated the business until November 1991, when it was purchased by Brad Black, our current owner and operator.

Under Brad's leadership, the company was renamed Black's Water Supply Inc. and has continued to grow into one of the region's trusted providers of bulk water delivery services. With decades of experience and a strong commitment to customer service, we proudly serve residential, commercial, agricultural, and construction clients throughout the area.

Our fleet has expanded significantly over the years and now includes nine tandem water trucks and two tractor tanker trucks, allowing us to handle projects of all sizes efficiently and reliably. Our trucks range in capacity from 3,500 to 7,300 gallons, enabling us to deliver large volumes of water in a single trip and respond quickly to customer needs.

During our busy summer season, our team grows to approximately 15 experienced staff members, ensuring dependable service during peak demand periods. Throughout the winter months, our dedicated core team continues to provide the same level of professional service our customers have come to expect.
